5* all-inclusive Mauritius, from £1299pp

What’s included?

  • Seven nights at 5* Long Beach in Mauritius
  • All-inclusive
  • Stay in a Junior Suite Pool Access Room
  • Return flights from the UK with Emirates
  • Transfers

This September, let us take you to a five-star retreat in Mauritius where you can totally switch off. Paddle in the pure waters edging Belle Mare beach, spend a quiet day chilling by one of the three pools or explore local villages on a morning bike ride. We can tailor-make this offer just for you, so if you want to stay longer on this paradise isle or upgrade to a room overlooking the sea, talk to us today.

The mind-blowing Indian Ocean views are just one of the reasons why cool and quirky Long Beach is a firm favourite. The laid-back feel of the resort means whatever you’re after, whether it’s a relaxed stay or an active escape, Long Beach can deliver. At the Cinq Mondes Spa, try an invigorating treatment like the black soap purifying scrub or an anti-ageing facial. For something more energetic, have a go at watersports such as diving or kayaking, or tee-off at the Ile aux Cerfs Golf Course.

The team at Long Beach are so friendly and attentive and there are even beach butlers here to wait on you while you catch some rays by the shore. If a holiday for you is all about great food experiences, dining at this all-inclusive resort is a real highlight. You can learn how to make Mauritian dishes with a hands-on cooking class and taste delicious round-the-world flavours, from Italian and Japanese to local Mauritian seafood, at the resort’s five restaurants – four are centred around the lively piazza and one’s right on the beach.

Bursting with light, your bungalow style Junior Suite Pool Access Room is styled with fresh and neutral tones. Turn up your favourite tune on the iPod dock, find a cosy spot on your private terrace, which leads out to the pool and piazza, and drink in the serene garden views.

This is a world-class all-inclusive luxury escape and we’re offering it to you at an irresistible price. This offer is rare as we have holiday dates available until June 2019, so if September doesn’t work for you, we can plan your stay for a time that does*.

Restaurants & bars

The diverse dining at Long Beach is a real highlight and a true dine-around experience, with four restaurants around the lively piazza and one on the beach. Le Marché is the main restaurant with seven live cooking stations and various seating spots. At breakfast, grab one of the outside tables to start the day in the sunshine.

Sapori creates flavourful and contemporary Italian dishes to be enjoyed in a welcoming environment, while the relaxed Chopsticks serves traditional Chinese cuisine. If you’re spending your days lounging by the pool, the poolside Tides is the perfect spot for lunch. It’s a Mauritian restaurant with delicious fresh seafood dishes and creative desserts that’s also open for dinner. Hasu is the only restaurant that’s not included in the Full Board or All Inclusive packages, but it’s certainly worth a visit and you do get some credit towards your meal. Enjoy Japanese cuisine in an authentic setting, with a sushi bar and central Yakitori counter.

For drinks, soak up the lively atmosphere of the Shores Bar or sample tropical daiquiris by the pool at Tides Bar. There’s even a beach cart that offers snacks and refreshments.

The Angels by Sun Kids’ Club, with its 113m2 playroom, is located in the Sports Centre and runs exciting and imaginative daily fun programmes, 12 hours a day for 2-11 year olds. 5* Crete beach escape, from £699pp*

Out Of The Blue Capsis Elite Resort

What’s included?

  • Five nights at Out Of The Blue Capsis Elite Resort – Classic Collection in Crete
  • Stay in a Classic Bungalow Style Gardenview room
  • Half board
  • Return flights from the UK
  • Private Transfers

This is one of Crete’s biggest and best resorts, and we’ve crafted this extraordinary offer so you can experience a wow-factor stay here from just £699pp*.

If you’re looking for total escapism, we think you’ll like it here. Out Of The Blue Capsis Elite Resort sits on a private peninsula with the peaceful local fishing village, Agias Pelagias, a 10-minute walk away. You’ll stay in the Classic Collection part of the resort, which has a mythical-inspired amusement park with waterslides, tree houses and a kids’ pool – great if you’re travelling with your little ones. There are also three escape rooms (think Crystal Maze-style team activity rooms), each with a different theme. Choose from ‘The perfect crime’, ‘Inception’ and ‘Circus’ for a fun hour of mystery puzzles and clue-solving.

Try watersports such as jet skiing and PADI diving lessons, or if you want to chill, the Euphoria Spa has a heated hydrotherapy pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and hammam. When it comes to treatments, the chocolate gourmet wrap is bliss.  There’s also Cladissos, the resort’s striking private beach and there are seven pools to choose from throughout the entire resort.

Your half board stay includes breakfast and lunch or dinner at the casual buffet-style restaurant, Red Pepper, which serves authentic Mediterranean cuisine and overlooks the private bay. For a supplement, you can tuck into à la carte Asian and Mediterranean fusion dishes at H2O; comforting Greek food at Seasalt & Rosemary Restaurant; tasty barbecue nibbles at Amarando Beach Bar & Restaurant; and for fine Italian dining, seafront venue Safran is incredible – we recommend booking a table here as it’s a favourite with guests.

Your charming bungalow has a relaxed and cosy feel, with warm tones of red and orange adding a pop of colour to the fresh white décor. You’ll also have a private balcony or patio which overlooks the picturesque gardens.

Restaurants & bars

With a choice between 6 restaurants and 6 bars across the resort, there is plenty of variety at Out of the Blue Capsis Resort. Opt for laid-back buffet meals with beach or sea views at the all-day Red Pepper restaurant, where Classic guests can enjoy breakfast, while those staying in Lifestyle accommodation can dine at a private location. Exclusive guests have their own private venue for breakfast. The H2O Aqua Fusion Restaurant offers something different while in the Mediterranean – Asian fusion cuisine by a pool where you can watch a light and water show each night as you dine. If you’re craving traditional Greek fare in a traditional tavern setting, then Seasalt & Rosemary Restaurant is the perfect place with views over to the nearby fishing village. By the resort’s private beach, you can order dishes with classic summer flavours at Amarando Beach Bar & Restaurant, and by the end of the peninsula is the showstopping Safran Pool Restaurant & Bar, an Italian restaurant with scenic vistas from its cliff-edge location. For a sophisticated evening, head to the Ikaros Lobby Bar. There are two pool bars and a beach bar so you don’t have to be out of the water for long, and theSeasalt & Rosemary Bar evokes the feeling of being in a stylised Greek village. Dazzle Bar is the resort’s disco where you can enjoy nightlife and dancing.

For Children

Unlike any other resort on Crete, the Classic Collection of Out of the Blue Capsis Elite Resort has an abundance of family-focused facilities that include pools complete with slides, escape rooms, a watersports centre on the resort’s private beach and even a mythology-inspired amusement park for kids aged 4-12! There’s also a kids’ club and teenagers’ club, a children’s playground, giant outdoor chess and accommodation that features dedicated Family Bungalow Style rooms.out-of-the-blue-childrens-club
