Long known as a preferred destination for celebrities, magnificent Mauritius is a stunning option for all your holiday needs.  As tropical paradises rate, lets just say that Mauritius is ‘up there’! In short, it has everything; warm, clear turquoise sea lapping palm-fringed, white sand beaches, eye-popping tropical scenery, a wonderful climate, fascinating history and rich culture, great nightlife, dining and shopping, we could go on, but you should be getting the gist!

The beauty of the island truly is overwhelming making this a destination that is perfect for a holiday, honeymoon or destination wedding.  Those who love nature will be absolutely astonished by the majesty of the mountains, nature reserves and wildlife parks of Mauritius.  A destination that also boasts genuinely tangible peace and tranquillity.  There are few better locations that could be chosen for your vacation.

Even the names of the places and attractions in Mauritius ooze romance: Triolet Shivala – a grand 19th Century Hindu temple, the Labourdonnais Orchards – a gorgeous expanse of fragrant tropical fruit trees; Chamarel – an incredible landscape of naturally occuring multi-coloured earth; Black River Gorges – a beautiful national park of lush forests and dazzling wildlife.  And this is just the beginning.

Set in the Indian Ocean east of Madagascar, Mauritius is just 45km wide and 65km long, enjoying a tropical climate of two distinct seasons – summer and winter.  We say ‘winter’ (May – October), but even then the average daily temperature is around 25 degrees Celsius! The hot summer months (November – April) claim temperatures of up to 35 degrees Celsius on the coasts, so Mauritius is a year round destination with virtually guaranteed sunshine
